How does financing work?

Financing an ADU can be achieved through several options, including HomeStyle Renovation Loans, which allow homeowners to finance both the purchase of a home and the cost of renovations with a single mortgage. Other financing options include cash-out refinancing, where you can refinance your mortgage and take out cash for the ADU, construction loans designed specifically for building new structures, and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), which allow you to borrow against the equity in your home.

What’s included in the price of your homes?

Our listed prices include complete architecture, engineering, permits and complete management of the permitting process, construction management, interior design, and the complete construction of the move-in-ready unit including all cabinetry and appliances. Customizations and upgrades are excluded.
