Minimal Living Concepts is the largest guest home builder in Arizona, known for our innovative and high-quality pre-designed units. As we expand into full-sized homes, we’re seeking to build an incredible team to support our growing operations and ensure the smooth execution of our projects.

Our mission is simple. Creating the world’s most seamless path to buying homes and ADU’s, online. Currently, our focus is on providing a complete turn-key service for the planning, permitting, and construction of guest homes in Arizona but we are quickly expanding in order to apply the same model to designer primary homes. We handle every element of our projects in-house from architecture, design, permitting, planning, and construction.

Position Overview:

The Construction Administrator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to our construction projects. This position involves supporting our Director of Construction and superintendents, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, and plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Organize and manage project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid packages and proposals.
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
  • Support the project close-out process, including final inspections and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
