We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager (real estate experience is a bonus) to join our sales team at Minimal Living Concepts. This role will be heavily focused on the sales function as well as CRM Management with excellent marketing experience. You will report directly to our Company Owners, with the objective of enhancing customer interactions while growing the revenue of the business. From working on customer presentations to crafting key growth initiatives for the company, it’s almost guaranteed that no two workdays will be the same.

The Construction Administrator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to our construction projects. This position involves supporting our Director of Construction and superintendents, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to assist in developing detailed construction drawings and plans for our projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting software, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
