Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the construction of guest homes and full-sized homes from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.

- Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
