Currently, our focus is on providing a complete turn-key service for the planning, permitting, and construction of guest homes in Arizona but we are quickly expanding in order to apply the same model to designer primary homes. We handle every element of our projects in-house from architecture, design, permitting, planning, and construction.
Position Overview:
The Construction Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the construction of guest homes and full-sized homes from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Ensure all work is completed according to design, specifications, and local building codes.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Maintain detailed project records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license.
